Customers of Osler may electronically submit data or information to the Company’s services (“Customer Data”).
Osler will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Customer Data except as provided in the Master Subscription Agreement (“MSA”), or as may be required by law. In accordance with the MSA, Osler may access Customer Data only for the purposes of providing the services, preventing or addressing service or technical problems, at a Customer’s request in connection with customer support matters, or as may be required by law. Registered users (“Users”) and Guest users, supervisors or assessors (“Guests”) of the Osler services may have additional Customer privacy policies that apply in usage of the Site. Osler may extract information that does not identify specific Users or transactions (collectively, "Aggregate Data") from User Information, Customer Data, Cookies, and other information collected on the Site and use such Aggregate Data for internal and/or commercial purposes.
Osler has relationships with various third party providers to maintain and provide services to Osler. These third parties are all bound by confidentiality agreements that protect the privacy of the Osler Users, must utilize information solely for the purpose of providing services on behalf of Osler and are bound to keep any personally identifiable information they receive secure.
There are several ways you can opt out of the information gathering we have outlined above. For instance, you may set your browser to block all cookies, including Osler cookies. You may request that we remove any data we have collected about you. All of our emails include an unsubscribe link which allows you to opt out from receiving some or all types of electronic communication from us. If you are a Customer User or Guest, you may request that the Customer (your employer, medical school or other institution) disable your user account.
